Excellent Condition AntiqueChinese silk informal robe or Sur CoatElaborately embroidered with bats and flowers - many symbols on sleeves - Forofferden Stitch and Satin Stitch, Tea Trade Ribbon, Gold Metallic Threads.
Very similar to one listed in \"5000 Years of Chinese Costumes\" Typical wear, some tiny pinpoint food stains on cuffs and some lining is pulling away from neck but this is typical for these old robes. Some fading on back - please view photos.
