Description: For Sale is a Vintage ?????? This is the first time I\'ve listed such a item. I found this part among the buy out I did of what was 90% Vintage Car Parts/Tools. At least 3/4th of the Vintage Auto Parts I bought were English Jaguar Parts. I am almost certain this is NOT a Jaguar Part though because we could have identified it. I have asked a lot of people who know a lot about many genre\'s and NOBODY Can I.D. this. As you can see, it is EXPANDABLE, ARTICULATED & COLLAPSIBLE. When Vertically Expanded at first glance it looks like a Tall Drinking Cup but the opening on top is in the center and too small. Your Clues:there are (2) Maker\'s Names. \"Hatfield\" & \"Shepard\" are the two names stamped into the metal opposing each other on the bottom. With those names you would think its easy then to I.D.. Trust me, It is not. Another Clue...that small opening on the top is THREADED as if a light bulb could be screwed into it. If I am forced to guess, I think it is a Electrical Lighting part of some kind. That doesn\'t make sense based on where I found it but who knows. I am sure my photos will best further describe this item.

Condition: On a scale of 1 - 10 (Ten being New in Package Only), I can confidentlygrade this item\'s condition to be a solid 8. Item is Fully Functional, opening and closing problem free. At Least 85% Immaculate. Light sporadic surface wear such as scratches/scuffs. Only one MINUSCULE \"DIng\" on the top that is incredibly shallow. My photos are anaccurate depiction of this item\'s TRUECondition.
