what you see is the very earliest original 1955-1969 general motors chevy truckissued SPICER front driveshaft...
this driveshaft is the very first design,
an original Solid Main Shaft,
not hollow tube like today
this is THE factory issued NAPCO part
this driveshaft came off the assembly line back in late 1950\'s andis most likely one of the only early ones that still exist today...
this shaft has the original spicer codes and stampings still visible for car show affectionadosthis part has been stored by me since 1976
this is one part you will most likely never see again,unlessyou are perusing through a vintage car and truck museum

numbers on yoke C2-3-739
has SPICER markings on all castings including yoke and C of long shaft
there is a possible machine mark or wear mark on the long tube balancing weightwhich may have been used to true the driveshaft...
it may be a grind mark to get it true,, i do not know
the double cardan joint is tight ...the sliding yoke has no play...comes with cardan joint mounting bolts with clean you need more info please ask....................
