For consideration here is a good quality Georgian solid silver Snuff box.
Made in Birmingham in 1831 by the highly respected box making specialist, Nathaniel Mills.
Measuring 7.8cm long, 4.5cm wide,1.4mm deep, it is clearly hallmarked and has nice engine turned detailing which has some light wear marking commensurate with age.
The box maintains a nice gilt interior, with some wear.
The box is in very good condition with a smooth hinge mechanism and closes snugly and securely. Total weight 88.5 grams
