You are looking at a rather exciting antique lateVictorian Iroquois beaded pin cushion.

This great old Iroquois beadwork pin cushion has a clearbeaded edging and a pink, clear and brown beaded centre star.

The centre of the star has gold sequins with asingle green bead the centre.

In addition it has NIAGRA FALLS written in green beads.

The fabric on the front is a grey / blue colour,the back is a an orangey brown glazed cotton.

I have to say it benefits from being in excellent conditionwith no missing beads as well as retaining the original beaded hanging loop.Bearing in mind this is over 100 years old I’m not sure I would hang it by itsloop.

The dimensions are:

7 ½ inches at its widest point.
