RETURN POLICY
If you change your mind about a purchase or no longer need the merchandise, you can return it to us for a refund provided that:
We receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt, or before December 25th (whichever comes first) AND Merchandise must be in unused condition including all hardware, instructions, any accessories that may have come with the item and is in its original packaging.
Please include a copy of your invoice inside the box with the return.

What if there is a problem with my order?
Please promptly inspect items upon receipt, if there is a problem you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly troubleshoot the problem for you and find the best solution for the issue. Do not send damaged, defective or wrong merchandise back to us unless instructed to do so by a Christmas Central representative.
We cannot take back defective items after the stated time frame, if your item(s) breaks after normal use check our warranty page - your item might still be under its manufacturer’s warranty. Christmas Central is not the manufacturer; any warranty will be honored by the manufacturer.

Any order that ships ground to the lower 48 States will pay a flat shipping rate of $7.
EXAMPLE:
If you buy a $5 snowflake ornament your shipping is $7. If you buy 10 snowflake ornaments for $5 each, thus making your order $50 shipping is still only $7. If you buy 100 snowflake ornaments at $5 each your order total is $500 and shipping is still just $7!
If you buy 1 Christmas Tree for $200 shipping is $7! If you buy 5 Christmas trees at $200 each your order total is $1000 and shipping is still just $7! If you buy 1 Christmas Tree for $200 and 1 Snowflake ornament for $5 your order total is $205 and shipping is $7!

If you live in the lower 48 states you will always pay $7 for ground shipping If you still have any questions please feel free to contact us, we\'re very friendly and here to help.
