Pleasebookmark us and keep watching our listings!Our first item from this collection is asuper-fun and colorful tin lithowind-up toy that was made in Japan in the 1950s andthis piece is in NEAR MINT condition and comes with its original box!!! This boxmeasures 6” wide x 6” deep x 2” tall.This is Vacationland Express and itfeatures two little tin trains circling around in a theme park and an attachableairplane flying around overhead. This tin wind-uptoy has magnificent graphicsincluding boat rides, a red 1950s automobile, an elephant carrying children, acarousel or merry-go-round, a Ferris wheel and another train or tram. Theadorable little train station is called Children Station and even has a littletin gate that will stop the two trains.The little tin bell rings cheerfullywhile the toy is in use.Thissuper-fun toy is in ALL-ORIGINAL condition,only has a very few lightscratches, and a tiny bit of what appears to be very light old glue residue(which may be removed, but it does not detract.) We find NOdents to the tin whatsoever. Thebox is an incredible collectible all by itself. The graphics feature race cars,other automobiles, a big propeller passenger airplane, a train and its station,and other illustrations. The box reads Mechanical Vacationland Express withthe trademark symbol and Japan. The box has a dime-sizedpaper lift at the top along witha piece of tape residue and the remainder of an old price sticker. We absolutely love this toy! It is funto play with and reminds Ziz of the toys offered at those great old 5 and 10-cent stores from herearly childhood. :)We think its magnificentcondition and iconic mid-century graphics, along with its intricate design andoriginal box, make this an ideal acquisition for all toy collectors!WE LOVE OUR buyers!
