Perfect for the holidays! This listing is for a brand new, still in the original packaging, 3 piece king duvet set from Pottery Barn. Included in the set is the king duvet and 2 standard shams. All are new, in the original ribbons and unopened packaging. This is the only new king size set in this color and pattern available as of the time of this listing. It is very hard to find.

This pattern in no longer in production or for sale at Pottery Barn. Get it here while it is still available! If you have ever owned a Pottery Barn quilt, you already know how good the quality is!

All items are authentic, either from a retail store or potterybarn.com. None of my items are outlet items unless specifically stated. I am not affiliated with Pottery Barn in any way. Items that are new are either: 1) new unopened in the original plastic and original ribbons, 2) new unopened with the original ribbons, or a retail or potterybarn.com repackage. My pictures are of the exact product I am selling. The condition you see the item in the picture, is the condition you will receive the item. I do my best to provide accurate descriptions for all items. This is an AS IS listing. Please email questions regarding an item BEFORE buying as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event of a fulfillment error made on my part (i.e. item sent was not the same as what was listed, such as a lamp instead of a duvet), I will pay to have you ship the item back and will send out the correct item. To date, I have had ZERO fulfillment errors. I do not guarantee manufacturer\'s quality for unopened items, as I cannot and will not remove and unfold from the original manufacturer\'s packaging. I do not make any warranty of color, as cameras and computer screens do crazy things with colors. Again, know before you buy, because I will not allow returns if you are not satisfied with how the color looks under your specific kind of lighting.

Because I do not accept returns, unless there was a clear error on my part, do not think to abuse the resolution process, stating you received the incorrect item if you did not indeed receive the wrong item. As part of the resolution process, you WILL HAVE TO fully and clearly document and demonstrate, with pictures and a full explanation, how the product that you received was not what was listed. Any frivolous use of the dispute/return process to try to return an item will be immediately reported to .

Despite all of the above listed disclaimers, I am a reasonable person. Unfortunately, there is a small percentage of users out there that wish only to scam, waste sellers\' time, and otherwise disrupt the great buying/selling resource the is. Should you purchase an item and you are not satisfied with it, please email me directly, at the email listed in the PayPal payment receipt, to discuss the possibility of a return. If I grant a return authorization, it will always be under these terms: 1) you will need to pay return shipping, using the same shipping with tracking method that the item was shipped 2) The item must be returned in the EXACT SAME CONDITION that it was shipped out in 3) initial shipping fees are not refundable and 4) the refund will be equal to the purchase price, less shipping, minus a 25% restocking fee. If any of these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you and the refund forfeited.

Tracking information is provides for most purchases. Most items with a value of $100 or more, or that are rare, will be shipped out with an adult signature service. This is a protection to both you, the buyer, and me, the seller. Also, if you have a low, or zero response rating, an adult signature will also be required. This service is $2.35 for USPS and $5.00 for UPS. In most situations, I will cover that fee.

Should any damage of an item be incurred during shipping, it is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with the shipper. I insure my items for the purchase value. I also strive to package the items in a manner that will result in safe delivery. However, some breakable items can incur damage in shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipment, email me immediately. Document the damage with photos: take pictures of the exterior of the box where damage occurred. Take pictures of the box opened, prior to removing the packaging, and finally, take clear pictures of the broken item (close-ups and of the entire item itself). Email me these pictures, along with a description of the damages. You will be able to use the same pictures and information for filing the claim with the shipping agent used.

PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Funds must clear prior to shipment of the product. I will not ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address. No shipping to P.O. Boxes.
