We ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $7.95 regardless of how many items you purchase from us using Australia Post within one business day of your payment clearing. Your cookie cutters should arrive within 3 – 10 days, depending on your location, after your payment has cleared. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Require your item faster?
We offer Express Post via Australia Post which should see your parcel arrive 1 - 4 business days after your payment clears depending on your location. We recommend this service if you are worried at all that your cookie cutters may not arrive in time. Express post costs a flat rate of $9.95 no matter how many items you purchase from us. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Overseas Postage

We ship to most countries using Australia Post. Delivery times vary greatly depending on which country you are from and can take anywhere from 2– 30 days from your payment clearing. Overseas airmail costs a flat rate of $9.95 worldwide with the exception of New Zealand which is $7.95. We ship all orders by next business day.

AIRMAIL INTERNATIONAL:Basic airmail service without tracking included. Usually around 10 days for delivery but can take longer to some countries. We have to allow 30 days for delivery before we can lodge an enquiry with Australia Post for missing items sent via Airmail.

We will happily refund or exchange a faulty product.

We will provide an exchange for a change of mind within 30 days of purchase provided the item is returned to us in it\'s original packaging and is unused. Please send us a message if you wish to return an item due to a change of mind. All return postage costs will be payable by the buyer.

Thanks for visiting us! My name is Lisa and I have been collecting cookie cutters for as long as I can remember! I love baking my own cookies because I know what is going into them and they taste so much better than shop bought ones. Making them in fancy shapes and decorating them is so easy and just adds to the fun!My love of home cooking lead me to open my own kitchen ware store in 2011. Within this store we have only a small area dedicated to showing off our cookie cutters so we can’t keep a huge range. We were constantly being asked for different shapes which our lovely customers were having difficulty tracking down. On an overseas trip to a kitchen wares trade show I was amazed and delighted at the range of cookie cutters available, I wanted to be able to bring them all home for my customers and ok, I admit, a few for myself! This is where the idea of an online store specialising in sourcing as many different cookie cutter shapes as possible and making them available to everyone in Australia, regardless of their location, grew from.

We have over 1,500 different cookie cutter shapes and are adding more all of the time. We pride ourselves on our customer service and post every order by the following business day.
