International shipping
- All sales are finally on international orders.
- International orders are always shipped via USPS First Class, which is the most economical method. US Postal Service provides tracking ID only for US domestic shipments. The tracking information is not available once the package is dispatched out of the United States.
- The international delivery date varies depending on the destination and custom clearance. Undeliverable packages may be subject to abandonment. Insurance is not available for USPS First Class shipment. Please contact us for the quotation of the insured package and International Priority Mail.
Payment
We currently accept only Paypal as the method of payment. The payment needs to be received within seven days from the date of purchase. The order for which the payment is not received within seven days is considered cancelled.
Return
- All returns and exchange are accepted within 14 days of the receipt. Please contact us for RMA and return shipping address.
- All returned items must be in original condition and packaging (no wear, no marks or damage). Buyer is responsible for the returned postage. We regret that 25% restocking fee will be charged.
- For the free shipping items, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total.
- Refund will be processed through Paypal within 1-2 business day upon receiving the package.
- If you happen to receive the wrong item or the defective item, we are responsible for all the cost and replacement. Pictures may be required for returns due to quality related issue with 30 days receipt.
- If the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase, please contact us immediately and give us the opportunity to fix for your best satisfaction.
Exchange
We gladly accept exchange for you at no charge. Please return the original item with the packing slip for exchange. Buyer is responsible for the return postage. We will ship the replacement to you upon receipt of the return item.
