This is a new, uncut pattern for a skirt and blouse ensemble that resembles a dress, plus a frock coat. This is very useful late Victorian, Edwardian, late 19th, and early 20th century costume. It can go steampunk, bridal, or romantic. Pattern components are:
VICTORIAN / EDWARDIAN CUTAWAY FROCK COAT with leg-o-mutton puffed sleeves that attaches at the waist and the collar.
STRAIGHT A-LINE SKIRT WITH FULL-LENGTH RUFFLE WATERFALL to evoke a bustle.
HIGH NECKED BLOUSE WITH YOKE, puffed sleeves, and lace trim. The blouse alone could be worn over leggings or pants for a modern look.From the envelope back:
MISSES\' JACKET, BLOUSE AND SKIRT: Close-fitting, lined jacket has collar, sleeve heading, waistband and shaped peplum with back pleats and slit. Fitted blouse has collar, inset, ruffles (very narrow hem), sleeve bands, shaped hemline, and button trim. Semi-fitted skirt has waistband, and applied, lined ruffles, cut on crosswise grain. B (back) and C (side) invisible zipper and narrow hem.
