This sale is forafigurine by Royal Doulton. This figure, designed by Neil Welch, is called \'HAPPY BIRTHDAY 2013\' and is number HN5587. It is made from hand decorated fine white bone china and shows a young woman dressed in a pale green dress trimmed with flower decoration to the bodice. She has long brown hair decorated with a pink flower which matches the one on her white and gilt purse. The figure stands 8 and 3/4\'\' high and measures 7\'\' from side to side and 5 and 3/4\'\' from front to back. The figure is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The base is marked as shown bearing the facsimile signature of the designer. The figures come in the Royal Doulton box as shown with certificate signed by Michael Doulton.
