We ship Monday - Friday via UPS.

Our goal is to ship within 24-48 hours of payment being cleared. We are open during normal business hours from Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm. Orders placed on Friday afternoons and on the weekends will be processed on Mondays.

We use the UPS shipping calculator to calculate shipping charges. We take 25-30% off the weight of each product when we calculate the actual weight (IE. Item \'A\' weighs 10 lbs, the calculated weight used for shipping is 7 lbs). As the manufacturer, this is our way to pass down any savings to you, our customers. Any combined weight will will reflect this savings automatically. If you were to find a discrepancy in shipping charges, we will gladly refund you the difference.

We stand behind our product 100%. If for any reason you do not like the product, you may return the item(s) in its original packaging for a full refund. All refund will be issued through the same method in which the item was paid for. Customers are responsible for the cost of all handling and shipping of returned goods.
