$499.00

BASEBALL\'S NEW YORK YANKEE STADIUM RARE PRINT BY INTERNATIONAL IMPRESSIONIST KAMIL KUBIK. HONORSBABE RUTH,MICKY MANTLE AND ALL OF THE YANKEE GREATS BY PUTTING THEIR FIGURES IN THE CLOUDS. MAGNIFICENT ANDINCREDIBLY HONORABLE TO THESE INFAMOUSPLAYERS!

sale is for this magnificent print of YANKEE STADIUM, THE NEW YORK YANKEES! Kamil has painted twice for this amazing and legendary team. Once when he was commissioned to paint the Victory Parade when they won the World Series.....I believe in 1996? or so and this time when he painted thisHome of the Yankees before they moved the team to the new Stadium. Kamil captured the beauty of the venue, the excitement of the game and if you look closely in the clouds, Kamil painted into the clouds some of the legends of this team in uniform and swinging. I am not sure of the names of these players ......but some have their numbers so true fans will have no trouble identifying who they are.

While Kamil\'s original paintings do sell for quite a lot of money, this is the print that holds the record for most expensive sale of any print Kamil hascreated.Partly because of what it is....along with it\'s beauty andof course the lengthy history of this famous stadium where so many of the greatest players played the game. It sold for $1800. Another reason for the higher value is because there are only 3 left for sale. Unless someone sells this print privately, these 3 prints are all there is. Once they are sold, this print is gone.

I have included a brief history of this artist as well as his BIO so if you are not familiar with his story, it will be good to read. I love this print. I\'m not a baseball fan and still have this framed and hanging in the middle of my family room where everyone enjoys it. Along with the players in the clouds, Kamil also painted rows of Flags around the top of the stadium that I believe represent playoff years. I wish I knew more about this game and the history but....I don\'t unfortunately. If I have given wrong information and you know that, I would appreciate you letting me know so I can repair any damage. This print is a game in action.....the batter, the pitcher, players on the field.... gorgeous. Please email any questions you may have....I am always happy to answer and talk about Kamil and his art.

Kamil has been theOfficial Artist for a number of athletic and sporting events including Baseball, Tennis, Golf and Marathon Running. I do have many of those prints among others,if you are interested. Several stories have been written about Kamil and his love of theseartistic / athleticevents. Like many ofKubik\'s beautiful paintings, this serigraph was painted during theyears that Kamil and his wife Joanna were living andsettling down in New York City. He loved New York and although he traveled, lived and painted all over the world, New York is where he and his wife chose to settle down andbuild his budding art career. This print is approximately 24 x 27, signed in pencil and unframed. And spectacular. Please look closely at the photographs to see howbeautifully Kamil captured those historic players in the fluffy, white clouds.

This is one more amazingprint byan internationally acclaimedartist whose body of work is extensive and impressive. I do have some other printslisted if you care to see something elseKamil has done. This print, however, would be a wonderful gift for someone wholoves the NEW YORK YANKEES and/or BASEBALL. It would be abeautiful addition to yourown home oroffice. If you love BASEBALL and THE YANKEES, display this print and let everyone know just how much. Email any questions....always happy to help!!! Happy was a dear friend to me and aninternational talent of epic proportions. Everything he does is just so perfectly detailed and soappropriate for the whatever the subject may be. Anyone who has ever had the pleasure of watching him paint or looking at his work can easily understand how gifted he was.

This man was a very well known Impressionist and an artist with a richinternational history. After traveling and painting throughout the world, heand his newwife finally settled into New York City\'s world of art, establishing a gallery inside the Plaza Hotel and starting his new business.First Lady, Barbara Bush and her daughter were in New York when her husband was with the United Nations andthey happened to wander into this new Gallery of Art.Mrs. Bush fell in love with the art she saw and left with a painting that was a gift from the artist, Yes, Kamil Kubik was giving away his masterpieces even then. When her husband became President, Kamil was invited tocome to Washington DCand paint for the White House. It was the beginning ofhis long andvery prolific career as an artist in the U.S. As anImpressionist, he loved painting architecture, all cities and their busy streets and landmarks. He was named the official artist for several US OPENTournaments in GOLF and TENNIS. The CEO of the NY Stock Exchange invited Kamil to paint a series of Wall Street art....all ofwhich is spectacular. He worked with Donald Trump who called Kamil \"my favorite artist\". He also officially paintedfor the NY CITY MARATHON, YANKEE STADIUM, THE ST. PATRICK\'S DAY PARADE, The GREEK PARADE and the COLUMBUS DAY PARADE. There are numerous prints of Central Parkand various NY City Landmarks. The head of the RITZ CARLTON HOTEL chain commissioned Kamil to paint every hotel they operated, world-wide. Unfortunately, his poor health prevented him from finishing that amazing project. His bio is long and impressive and his art is the same. The few Kubik Originals that remain for sale are priced in the$3000 - $8000 range while his prints average at $500 with some lower and others ....the most unique, limited or veryrare ...........are priced higher.Dealer prices are generally higher overall, and for obvious reasons.

Any print that I sell has been signed by the artistunless otherwise indicated and they are all unframed. You may return a print you purchasewithin one week if for some reasonit isn\'t what you wanted....doesn\'t fit, etc. Return Shipping is paid by the buyer. Please contact me if you have any questions or are interested in another of Kamil\'s paintings....prints or originals. I am happy to help as best I can. I am not a student of art or a dealer so I honestly don\'t know much about art in general....just Kamil and his work.It is important to me that people understand that I am selling Kamil\'s art but am nowhere near an expert on the subject of art. I am planning to sell his prints and a few originals that he has given to me through the years. He was an extremely generous man and alwayst kind. It was not unusual for him to simply hand over a painting or print to someone just because they liked it. Like most artists, he was not driven by money, but rather the love of his craft. I adore his work and have it hanging in my home. It surprises me that I never get tired of looking at any of it and am always happy to share it with anyone who seems interested. After workingclosely with him for 15+ years, I believe I know his extensive body of work. If you are searching for something specific orhave a question I cannot address, there are severalwonderfulpeople who also knew Kamil quite well.............. I can always turn to them foradvice or information and of course I will always do my very best to help you,if possible.

I miss him very, very much.He had suffered a terrible stroke and eventually passed away from the complications that finally ended his life. I was blessed to be sitting with himon the evening he died and will always consider thatto bea deeply personal gift. I like to think that he knew I was there beside him, although he was sleeping soundly andcomfortably. The nurse was encouraging me to wake him, to let him know I was there but I preferred to let him sleep and simply held onto his hand. Kamil wasalways filled with such energy and had the greatest enthusiasm for everything he did. But sleeping made the time pass for him.Once he could no longer paint or create these iincredible paintings, I believe he no longer cared much about living.......or dying for that matter He hadenjoyed a remarkable life thatmost people could only dream of living. He had painted for Kings, Countsand Presidents but really enjoyed the everyday people he met on the street. He wouldhand over his paintbrush to anyone whomight care to try, inviting them to add something to his current painting. He was a one of a kind gentleman who wasfunny, generous and kind and helped me so much when that was what I needed. He was a wonderful friend. I have included a short bio of his amazing life that you can read if you just scroll down.Happy offerding
