Christmas is around the corner and buying it early will saves you money.

I am listing several different types of Christmas village houses that can be used with your Lemax, Department 56, and your Kohl\'s, Saint Nicholas square collections. These have been stored in a warehouse and are discontinued houses. Each house has been taken out of the box, examined and tested before it is sent to you. Each house is new and never displayed, but there may be some box fading or wearing on the box. I may have several of a particular house so the photo of the box may be different.

I have other fall and Christmas items that were samples used in the show room to display for clients to preview that are no longer being displayed. Please take a look.

For each house, I will ship in their original box, put extra bubblewrap inside and cover the picture on the front of the box and the label on the bottom of the box to prevent theft and to save you on additional shipping cost of a external box. I will be listing other things throughout the month so please continue to check back. I do combine shipping
