This sale is forthe Department 56 (Heritage Village Collection) Dickens Village Series building called Lilycott Garden Conservatory. It is Item No: 56.58475. It wasintroduced in 2000 and retired in 2001.This item is a hand painted porcelain building.Due to hand-painting,occasionally items may or may not have slight imperfections such as crazing, rough spots or specks of missed paint that were not caught during the manufacturing process or prior to firing.Unique variations should be expected due to hand painting. This building includes a UL-listed cord and bulb that has an on/off toggle switch to illuminate the inside of this piece, giving it a warm glow. This piece measures 5.25\"H x 5.75\"W x 7.25\"D.

These items are new, however some boxes may have initials written on them, as well as a number, color & color coded circular sticker. This is simply our way of knowing where the inventory is placed in our storage area and who logged it in. Boxes may also show signs of wear (scuffs, bent corners or even a tear or two) from being in storage and from being moved around in storage.
