This 1994 Walt Disney Collectors Society figurine/sculpture \"Sea Scout\"
Donald Duck the Admiral comes with his Certificate of Authenticity, the original box that is in excellent condition, and the SOS life preserve ring, that says \"Rear Admiral\" and hangs on his tail, both the ring and Donald are still wrapped in the manufacturers plastic as you can see in photos.
This handsome collectors piece has never been used or displayed.
