Repeated from above:Pen is in nice condition. Shows a few signs of age/wear/use. Under photo magnification some light surface scratches/marks, primarily to the gold on the clip. There is a \"C P\" on front of the clip (see close up pic), and on the top ring of the clip is written \"GERMANY\" on the left side, and some faded letters and numbers on the right. (appears to start: VG ????) The ink cartridge is need of replacement. It screws into the bottom section of the pen, and remains stationary. (Does not retract) The top star unscrews via a metal screw to remove the clip, which I did, and there are no writings on the reverse side of this clip. The pen is black, but does shine red when shining light into the empty chamber, and it\'s cap cushion slides on into place.
