These vintage curtains are a mixture. The two valances were used but are in outstanding condition and the two pairs of tiers are new, one pair still in the original package, one not and both with original price tag from Penney\'s. The white background on the valances are a teeny, tiny bit darker than the tiers, but not nearly as bad as it looks in the pictures with the curtains on the door. The valances are up at the top of the doorway and not getting the same light as the tiers. In the 2nd picture are the valances on the left and then the two different pairs of tiers and this picture is more accurate in showing the difference of the white background, at least on my monitor. I am pretty sure these are cotton but they might be a blend of some sort, but I do think they\'ll clean up nicely if you soak them in your favorite solution. I did also see a couple of small, light, almost imperceptible streaks of storage dust on one or two of the tier panels.
The \"buttons\" are just for looks but there\'s a lot of other copper in these curtains. I don\'t see any maker\'s label.Each valance is 68\" x 10 1/2\" long, with a 1\" rod pocket. Each PAIR of tiers is 60\" wide x 36\" long, including the \'rod rings\'. I do have other vintage curtains listed and I\'ll combine shipping on multiple purchases.
