Outstanding 1970s photo of New York City. Exterior shot of famed, long time, German restaurant Luchow\'s. Located at Union Square from 1882 to to the early 1980s. It is one of the most well known places in NYC history. Measures 3 1/2\" x 5\".
This is part of a series of photos of New York City. Most were taken circa 1975-1976 but some are from the 1960s. They show the beauty of the city juxtaposed with the grittiness of the era. Most are black & white, some are color. Collection includes many well known places and building, some of which are gone.
