is a charming little vase or planter from Napco. The white ground has pink, blue, yellow and flesh/tan accents. It is marked on the base. (PL101312A) ****Please note on the first image there is a little dirt on her face I did not catch before photographing****

It has no chips, cracks or crazing. It shows very minimal wear. There are a few extra, small drips of glaze in spots and a few pin dots of paint - both factory flaws.
