Native American shaman bone wand Chumash Luiseno Diegueno Yuman paviut kotat :
$600.00

Available here is a Native American shamanic bone wand known as a paviut to the Lisueno and kotat to the Diegueno although they were found among other tribes mostly in the region of California. The wand is 13.5 inches in length. The crystal is 3 inches long. Not sure what type of bone or variety of crystal (tourmaline?). Asphaltum is holding the crystal in place. There are inscriptions of what look to be birds and other designs on the bone. Looking at the bone you can see faint stripes painted on it, one green and two red. It is at least a century old as are the rest of my items. This belonged to the collection of Bill Cook who was featured in \"Who\'s Who in Indian Relics\" from 1980. Check my other items this week and next for more from his collection.
