Antique Fetish necklace carved individual birds mostly, dark brown or black and a few minor other colors, strung with very fine heshi beads purchased many years ago on the Navajo reservation. This has been seen by a few dealers and appraisers over the years and most think it is Navajo but possibly Zuni in origin but all agree it is old. The necklace is three strand and has silver tip ends with a hook close. I haven\'t been able to determine what the birds and a few small animals are carved from ie what materials were used. Very nice condition Sold as found. A lovely old piece.
