A most unique Vintage 50\'s porcelain lamp innear mintcondition.All originalexcept the light socket which I believe has been changed . Measures 27\" tall by 16\" wide with the shade. Works perfectly. This is as Mint as you will find. I see no cracks, chips, nor abuse of any kind. The shade shows no tears, rips, nor signs of abuse. All of the plastic weaving on the shade is present with no tears at the holes. The mantle and shade support show rust from the last 60 years, but neither are visible unless you look directly down the top of the shade.

The large V in the center is reminiscent of the Early V-8 logo that Ford used in the 40\'s, ormaybe it\'s a fox ??A most unusual mixture of gray and black and gold leaf. I thought there may be some slight scratches in the gold base, but upon closer inspection I believe them to be tiny drips from when the lamp was painted during the manufacturing process.

A beautiful and unique addition to any room, and a wonderful conversation piece!
