For sale I have this superb example of a black Cinelli 1R stem, 100mm length (centre-to-centre) & with a 26.4mm bar clam diameter. I originally purchased this stem NOS from a collector but it came without the long quill \'tuning bolt\' & the über-rare bar clamp wedge, the latter of which has been used as can be seen in photo #6. And I have never used this stem for riding but I did slightly mark the lower insertion point (which is obviously concealed once fitted anyway) when I tried it upon my LOOK KG76 Hinault Kevlar frame for my own sizing purposes (the same goes for 2 of the other 3 black Cinelli XA stems that I\'m listing tonight) - & I\'m still seriously considering pulling this ad, as it matches the frame & black Stronglight B10 Hinault headset so perfectly (see photos 11 & 12, although that\'s a black XA)! As is typical of any NOS (which I still technically see it as being) component, there may be one or 2 microscopic \'dots\' from more than 25 years of storage but it\'s in absolutely phenomenal condition that even a perfectionist like myself is rapt with.
I\'ve attached a link to Velobase.com\'s page devoted to this stem below (although it primarily applies to the silver anodised versions, rather than the far rarer black anodised model), & beneath that link is another one to the only other listing that I can find for this part (albeit 120mm long), which is listed for about $340 AUD plus shipping!
