DESCRIPTION: This is a Neat Vintage Waltham Premiere Watch US Army Ordnance \"Ord. Dept.USA\" on back..now as you can see condition is not great. if I wind it I can hear the main spring spin around , the face has no crystal and is dirty and has pitting too, have not seen the inside as I cannot get it opened but I think can be salvaged with some new parts and tlc so selling as is..
