It has a 9 switchablepolar patterns, it is characterized by a very low inherent self-noise and wide dynamic range, a newly developed circuit design with a vacuum tube input stage and a transformerless output stage, giving it the full rich and warm sound of a tube microphone. It has a 7 stage high pass filter switch whose cutoff frequencies can be selected in half octave steps between 20 Hz and 160 hz.
