RETURN POLICY

14 Day Return Policy: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product if you wish to return it. 1) Prior to any return, you will need to contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please message us through for this number. 2) Regardless of the issue, the item must be returned to us with the RMA # at the buyer\'s shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RMA #, we won\'t be able to process the return and a refund will NOT be issued. 3) Upon receipt of the item and completion of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a refund, your original payment will be refunded in full via the original payment method (Credit Card or Paypal).

4) If the order is NOT found to be defective and we grant a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and 80% of your original payment (minus shipping) will be refunded via the original payment method . If the order is found to be defective and we grant a replacement, you will pay no additional cost.
