FEATURES:Thiscar featuresthree animated elves hard at play. This is the best animated car in the series. The animation on this car consists of: a pair of spinning elves on the ice; one is free standing and spins back and forth across the ice while the other spins on his rear end, apparently he has fallen and isunable to get up. The 3rd elf stands on a ladder on the rear of the water tank pumping out water onto the frozen pond as the train rolls by. Has randomly flashing lights under the ice,a red flashing lighton thetopof the water tankand another lightin the overheadlamp post.
