We will have to special-order your parts to our warehouse in California, then prepare customs paperwork for export and reship the item.
- Shipments to U.S. Territories and other countries may take up to four weeks to arrive due to customs processing in your territory or country.
- Your country's import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping fee. Please contact the shipping carrier and your local customs office regarding fees and taxes charged by your country.
- Orders shipped via USPS are subject to size limits imposed by the destination country. Packages in excess of those limits will be shipped via the next least-expensive method, and may be subject to increased shipping charges.
- It is a violation of international law to undervalue or mark purchases as "gifts" on customs paperwork - please don't ask.

- An invoice will be sent to the primary email address listed on your profile within 24 hours of purchase or end of sale. (If you do not receive this invoice, please check your spam folder and then contact us.)
- Purchases paid via Paypal must be shipped to the "confirmed" name and address on the buyer's Paypal account. (Paypal does not accept recipient name or address changes in the "Note to Seller".) Please call prior to purchase if you would like us to ship to a different name or address.
- As long as the item is still in 100% new, unused condition in original packaging and has NOT been installed or used, you may return items within 30 days for a refund of the item price. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
- All items, manufacturer packaging, manuals, or instructions that are returned dirty, greasy, used, scratched, chipped, broken, torn, written on, show evidence of attempted installation, or have an adhesive shipping label applied will not be refunded, per policy that returned items and packaging must be in original new, unused condition. Shipping labels may only be applied to a separate, outer shipping box. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and return shipping address. Do not return items without an RA# number, or your item may be refused and returned to you at your expense.
- Returned items must be well-packed in original manufacturer's packaging and contain everything that was originally provided, such as packing materials, hardware, manuals, protective wraps/caps, instructions, nuts and bolts, etc.
- Be sure to write down the package tracking number and buy shipping insurance. If your return is lost or damaged during shipping, we cannot refund you because the item cannot be resold or returned to our supplier. You will have to submit a claim directly to your shipping company requesting compensation.
- Items returned 30 to 90 days after purchase will be refunded with store credit, or charged a 20% restocking fee (just let us know which you prefer). No returns after 90 days from date of purchase.
- Refunds are issued approximately two weeks after we receive your return. Please allow this
two-week inspection and processing time before inquiring about the status of your refund.
- * Gaskets, seals, and sensitive electronic items CANNOT be returned if the manufacturer's packaging has been opened. This no-exceptions policy ensures the quality of the components you receive.
- We will exchange any defective merchandise for the same item, as long as our standard return procedure is followed within 30 days of delivery. Professional installation is recommended, as items damaged by improper or failed installation attempts cannot be returned or exchanged.
- After 30 days the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a warranty exchange.
- Special-order items cannot be exchanged unless there is clear evidence of a legitimate manufacturing defect, and the defect is verified by our quality control department.
- As a USA seller, our items are listed as compatible with vehicles originally sold in the USA. Vehicles sold outside of the USA may be different, even if they have the same make and model name. It is the responsibility of buyers outside of the USA to verify vehicle compatibility with USA-specification components prior to purchase.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. (Damage claims can only be submitted to the shipping carrier within seven days of delivery.)
- Describe the damage and email photos. We will then submit a shipping damage claim to the carrier. We will reship your order or refund the purchase as soon as the claim is approved and paid, which may take up to four weeks. (You may want to place a second order for the same items while waiting for the carrier to process the claim.)
- You must keep ALL packing materials and package contents until picked up by the carrier for inspection. Do not return the item to us without prior authorization, or the claim may be rejected by the carrier.
