General Description: Large gold fountain pen with substantial girth and weight
Color: Gold, obviously not real gold, but maybe electroplated
Trim: The only thing \"not gold tone\" on this pen are the red dragoneyeson the clip

Fillng system: Converter. It is a twist \"piston type\" removable converter. If you prefer you can pull it out and use international cartridges instead.
Maker\'s Mark: The only mark on this pen is on the nib, \"Camali.\" And there is a camel graphic on the nib. See pic.

Special notes: This is definitely a pen for the larger hand. It has substantial girth and weighs almost 2 oz. I wrote with it when I dipped it and I didn\'t post it because of the weight. It felt fine to me not posted as I have a medium woman\'s hand.

On a dip, it wrote a smooth Medium line, so smooth that it wrote as well as many $100 pens we\'ve sold.

As Waterman, Sheaffer and Parker pens are now made in China, this one was manufactured in China as well. The Chinese have mastered the fine art of pen making. For the money, this is a fantastic pen. And it is a beauty as well.
I did some quality control on my own and drew and expelled waterthroughto make sure the converter was functioning properly. It was. This pen is guaranteed to write beautifully for you.
The Chinese can sell their excellent fountain pens inexpensively because they make so many of them and they are also subsidized by the Chinese government. I learned most of their children learn Chinese characters with fountain pens with tiny fine nibs.
