Onoffer is a plain wooden hand carved food stirrer from New Guinea. I purchased an item for my collection from Lawsons Tribal Art sale of Sydney back in the early 1980s and it was included in a batch of other New Guinea items. This was one of two wood stirrers included in the batch but I have lost the specific reference. It was, at the time, suggested to me that it originated on theeast coast of New Guinea but I am not experienced with these and don\'t trulyknow where it comes from. It measures about 680mm, is obviously quite oldand is in excellent condition with use wear and polish.It may be returned for refund within 7 days of purchase if not 100% satisfactory.
