Custommade and signed by the artist V. C. I believe his studio was inColorado, approx 10-20 years ago. Can’t remember. This Jr. StatesmanFountain pen hasunique and intricate carved pattern that hasbeen richly plated with Rhodiumand 22 Kgoldtrim.Greatgold detail on both cap ends. The woods used areAlaskanBirchand Chechen (?). Very rich combination. See photo 3 for best example of fine wood grain. The stylus measures 4 3/4\"from nib point to end cap. It is 5 \" long with the cap affixed.At the grip, the stylus is 5/8\" in diameter and sweeps up to1/2\" at the fullest point.All of the casting work has beenmeticulously done by hand, with a lot of care and attention to detailtaken with every step along the way. This pen is new and never used,but it may have a super fine scratch on the metal, from being storedin a box.Inthe tradition of fine desk pens, the Statesman Jr. isnotdesignedfor use with the cap attached to the pen.It is NONpostable.This ensures that you will enjoy effortless writingand the perfect balance of the Statesman pen every time you use it.The fountain pen features a top quality German-made 22k gold andrhodium plated nib with genuine iridium point for smooth writing anddependable ink flow.
