From a New Orleans estate, here is a Mardi Gras krewe favor from the 1956 Prophets of Persia ball - a gold tone bracelet with a Rose Motif. Marked on reverse of charm (as shown). Some minor pitting on the back of the charm, clasp works fine. Measures 7.5 inches long. This groupis still active and only hosts a ball at which debutantes are presented during the Carnival season- no parade.These favors are never offered for sale to the general public - you have to be one of the lucky ladies at the (invitation only) ball to get one.
