I had been getting about 50% of anywhere chair covers returned because buyers don\'t know what size they have (or assume the wrong thing). As a result, I have changed my return policy and do not accept returns on anywhere chair covers. If I have made a mistake, I will do a return, but 99% of the time, the buyer is mistaken about the size of her chair. Sorry :(
