A favourite this season! This truly stunning dress features the glamour of lace and the soft feminine allure of chiffon. The bodice features a small sweetheart dip neckline. The shoulders feature triangular cap style sleeves covering the shoulders and tops of the arms. The back has a fastening around the nap of the neck before a large peep hole revealing the back area until the mid-back.

This dress features a distinct waist line adorned by a simple ribbon all the way around. The back fastening is a zipper closure. The skirt is a free flowing A-line skirt showing off the natural flow and drape of the chiffon fabric. From the Waist to the hip area there are additional lace adornments.

PLEASE READ IT BEFORE PURCHASE:

Lace wedding gowns are made of lace overlay and lace appliques, so there are some threads on dresses which can be easily removed with small scissors when it arrives. Your dress will come folded down and well packed which means you will need to let it hang or iron it out if there are any creases in the skirt before wearing it.

Custom size SERVICE:

We provide custom size service at the cost of $75. The dress is made according to your own measurements and will only fit you. For this reason we strongly recommend that you take the measurement carefully and double check them before sending them us.

Please Note:

1. When the dress is made because it is custom size, it will just fit you therefore we cannot re sell it. As such we do not provide refund if there is no other problems with fabric or dress quality.The custom fee will not be refunded even if there is a refund on the purchase price of the dress.

2. With Custom sizing there is an allowance of 2-3 cms differences in the measurements. This is standard allowance for any clothing including standard sizing. However if your custom made dress varies more than 2-3cms in all sections of your dress,we will refund the custom fee we charged you.

3. In order to obtain this refund, please provide us with photos in 7days with measuring tape against the dress so we can see the difference in the measurements

Rush Order SERVICE

We can provide rush order service for your dress if you need it within 3 weeks from the date of order. Please first contact us via our email before placed the order. We charge $50 for this service as we will need to dedicate a full time seamstress to your wedding dress for a minimum of a week to complete your order. Rush order fee will not be refunded if your dress refund is approved.

You will be notified regarding rush order fee and customisation fee once you place the order. It will be addressed separately from your item purchase.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns ONLY if there is problem with our dress, like tears, wrong color, measurement difference in error exceeding 4cm.
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or dissatisfied must be approved by JustBridalDresses within 2 business days of receipt of dress.
The customer must provide photos of the dress condition before we can find a solution to resolved the issue.
Any items returned must be in its original condition. They must not be worn or have any spots, tears, or any obliteration of fabric or designs.
On approveditems, the customer is responsible for shipping cost for return of product and ourshipping cost with original order purchase is non refundable
For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
2)Order cannot be cancelled after confirmed all details; if customer insists to cancel theorder, there is 50% refund of your purchase amount, as once all the detailsconfirmed, the production will be started, customer should be responsible forthese labor and fabric cost.

THE Quality OF OUR PRODUCTS

We only use high quality materials and embellishment. The satin we apply is import satin 395 which is for the high quality level wedding dress, the lace we apply is heavy lace which is stiffer and vivid than thin or stretch lace.
All dresses have body moulded built-in padding that pushes the bust together and lifts. You need not wear a bra to support the bustline.
Depending on the style and size of your dress, there are 8 to 12 fish bones in the bodice . Bones are capped so they won\'t push through lining, they follow your curves and add support.
All beads, crystals, and sequences are hand sewn on the dress, this requires over 3-7days by skilled manual workers.

These lace pattern are for reference the quality and a small part of our lace. We will choose the lace according to the dress design you ordered, so the lace pattern may different. But if you want any lace pattern as below chart, please inform us.

STANDARD SIZE CHART

Wedding dresses are fitted garments, so alternation is common and might be needed. We always leave 6cm for all dresses allow to be altered one size up or down easily.
The size of bridal dresses do not correspond to your regular dress size. So please do not buy by your regular dress sizes.
Please measure your fullest bust, waist, hip and neck hollow to floor, then check and choose the proper standard size in our size chart.
If there is no standard size suits to you, please consider the custom size and refer the policy of custom size above.

HOW TO TAKE THE MEASUREMENT:

COLOR SWATCH

Due to computer screen chromatic aberration, especially between CRT and LCD screen, we cannot guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you have seen online. There may be slight variations in color and adornment from the picture, but this will not vary by more than 5-10%.

We accept PayPal. Please check out after your commitment to buy and pay via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account then you can use your credit card via the PayPal site.

All parcels will be shipped via international express service, TNT, EMS, DHL. We will provide you a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
The standard lead time is 25-35 working days after payment is received.
We provide rush order service, there is an extra $50 for rush order. Please check with us first before placing a rush order, because we may not be able to take rush orders in busy season
Loss or Breakage in Transit
Ava Bridal takes great care to package all dresses and accessories in accordance to the shipping standards set by each respective carrier to prevent breakage. We insure each shipment for the full value of the order. Should an order be lost or damaged due to shipping, please contact us ASAP so that we could file a claim within the carrier\'s allotted time frame.

All sales are final, and to be paid for upon the \"buy it now\" selection. We accept PayPal as our chosen form of payment and this can be accessed through the checkout platform.

Upon receipt of payment we request that you provide us with your measurement details within 5 days of your purchase so we can start making your dress straight away.

Once your measurement is received we will then proceed to confirm and then make the dress for you. You will be updated on the progress on your dress at all times and you can contact us at sheltonbridal@yahoo.com.au at anytime to inquire after your dress.

Once your dress is made, it should take approximately 6-7 weeks from the receipt of measurement for our factory to make your dress for you.

Once your dress is shipped out it should take between 5-7 working days to arrive at your front door. Please be aware on very rare occasions depending on the state and/or territory you live in you may be ask to pay an importation fee. This is largely to do with duties imposed by your local state government and is unfortunately out of our control.

This however, would be a small amount as the pricing of our dresses is well below the $1000 limit set by any state/territory governing body.

We are a boutique bridal dress business located in Sydney, Australia. Our factory is located in Suzhou, China, as Suzhou has a long history of wedding dress manufacturing and hand embroidery.

Suzhou is about 1 hour by train from Shanghai. About 80% of the world?s wedding dresses are made in Suzhou. You may find that most of the boutique bridal dress shops import dresses from China too.

A wedding dress adorned with delicate beadwork may take an additional 3-7 days for hand beading.

We work directly work with our factory therefore saving you from the high retail price you pay offline. Our pricing maybe slightly higher than other stores but we are locally owned so we can provide yo with the reduction in stress when choosing your most important dress.
