This hat is new with tags from Kohls circa 1990. Nice and loud with black and blue with bright lettering for the Bugle Boy logo. Looks like something a pop star would have worn in the late 80\'s/early 90\'s. Halloween accessory? Free shipping!Update: extra picture of the back of hat. Also, two small spots of dirt on the headband of the hat. It wasn\'t there when I listed it. My guess it brushed up against some other listing I have/had.
