NICE LARGE HUNTING KNIFE DAGGER 19TH CENTURY:

This is a beautiful and well made Large Continental Dagger Knife that dates from the early to mid 19th Century. It is mounted with a lovely spearpoint blade that measures 11 1/2 inches in length which although shows to have received cleanings throughout the years, remains in good condition with only some minor surface staining. It wears a lovely steel crossguard that is shaped well to fit the forefinger and thumb. The beautifully carved natural hilt has survived in outstanding condition, remains very sturdy and has now very nicely mellowed with age. Overall measuring 16 1/2 inches in length.
