Let Me start with this was Very very hard to take a photo of with aout a glare.
This is a \" Nickelodeon \"original hand-painted production Animation Cel from the animated Series \" Rugrats \". This is a cel set up with background. The image features tommy, Chukie, Stu and grandpa lou. It was hand-painted in the klasky Csupo Studio and used during a production of an episode in the series. The entire image is hand-painted including the moving characters, prop and scene elements well as the hand-painted background cel layer. The cel measures 12 \" x 25\" with six peg-holes on the bottom and is numbed. The cels have all been taped together but the top one is not. The clear part of the cel at one end is a tiny bit dirty. The middle cel has a tear in the cel towards the edge. Happy offerding :0)
