I can not find a single mark on this case. It is definitely silver - we tested. I just can\'t say what the silver content is. The pictures do not do it any justice. It does not have the Fabric straps to hold in the cigarettes. These are fairly easy to replace.

It measures approx. 4.5\" x 3 3/8\" It weighs 5.265 OZT or 163.8 Grams.
