First and foremost I want to tell you what this is NOT.

• This system is NOT the \"New\" Nintendo 3DS. As such it cannot play New 3DS games and it cannot play SNES games from the Nintendo estore.

• This listing does NOT include the Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. The voucher code has been used and the game is attached to my Nintendo account. There is no way that I am aware of for me to transfer ownership of the game. I am sorry about this - if there were a way I would do it for you. It\'s a great game and you should play it.

This system is complete and in its original box. I am the original owner and have taken good care of the system. It is free from dirt and grime and has never been mistreated or dropped or otherwise abused. Honestly it has not seen much use and has been stored on a shelf.

The battery life is still great, I just charged it up prior to posting this and after several days it is still basically completely charged.

All AR Cards, manuals, 4GB SD Card and the power adapter are included as well.

Prior to shipping I will perform a factory reset on the unit and it will be in a \"new\" state for you.
