This is a set of 5 Nippon hand painted tea cup and saucers. They have a blue band with gold trim at the top and a green painted boarder. Two tea cups have spots. It might be paint. The saucer measures 4 3/4 inches and the cups are 2 3/4 tall, 2 1/4 wide and 3 1/4 inches with the handle. I do not see any chips or cracks. They come from a smoke free home.
