I am sorry. In SAL shipping, I do not accept the claim for delay.And the maximum insurance to breakage is USD 50.00.But followup is possible (Very long time is required).

2, EMS ( Fast and safe method. )
Express mail takes about 4-7 days.EMS is more expensive than SAL but it is totally safe, fast and trackable and indemnified to breakage or loss. Return policy
If you are not happy with the item purchased, we will refund your money for the cost you paid for the item but will not refund the shipping, insurance, tariffs, duties and costs.

In order to get a refund, the item has to be sent back to me within 14 days and in the same condition as when we sent it out.
