All property must be paid within one week following the sale.

Buyers not known to Weschler\'s and planning to pay with a personal or business check are required to supply us a bank letter of credit prior to the sale. If such arrangements are not made prior to the sale, purchases will be held by Weschler\'s until the check has cleared our bank.

The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs and arranging for shipping and delivery with the seller.

In order to expedite and properly insure the safe shipment of your recent purchase, please find listed below our recommended shippers. It is the responsibility of each purchaser to make their own shipping arrangements. Please contact one of the recommended shippers or, if you prefer, another shipper of your choice. All the recommended out-of-state shippers listed below are qualified interstate carriers.

Keep in mind, property may not be released without receipt of purchase payment. In addition, once you have finalized shipping arrangements you must notify our shipping department to confirm your intentions. No property will be released without your confirmation with our office.

Maryland Sales Tax is computed on this total purchase price. The purchaser will be required to pay the Sales Tax unless: (i) the property purchased is for resale and a valid Resale Tax number is presented to Weschler\'s business office at the time of payment, and the sales price is $200 or more; or (ii) the property is being shipped to a buyer located outside the state of Maryland by an ICC/USDOT licensed shipper/carrier.
