Up for sale is a very nice vintage style Christmas house or cottage by well-known folk artist Cody Foster. This is one of the earlier pieces he did, probably about 7 years or more old. This is unsold stock from our store that was on display for a few weeks at the time. It has the original packing and box as well. This house features a reindeer, bottle brush trees and a fence surrounding the house. It\'s made of cardboard, fiber and glitter. These evoke the German and Japan made putz and glitter house of years ago, yet are far more detailed and elaborate. This house is #HOU-025. The cottage is about 8.5\" wide, 7.25\" front to back and about 12\" high. I don\'t see any damage to note. Each piece is handmade and has the \"old\" or vintage look and feel, so please expect some variations in the materials and construction. It\'s fairly large and will make an impressive Christmas or Winter display. Payment is expected within 48 hours of sale end, unless other arrangements have been made.
