Condition: EUC - no stains, no tears and no wash wear

Item Description: 2Fer blouse - looks like two pieces but it is all one - black velvet with gold sparkle glitter design - slightly see through

I list well over 100 items per week and do not have the time nor money to launder the items before mailing. Common sense would be to launder any pre-owned item before wearing. My home is a pet free and smoke free home however, many of my items come from various residences so if you have a pet allergy please error on the side of caution before offerding. I do not like pet hair or the smell of smoke so if any of my items have the slightest odor, I will mention it. I will also mention if the item is personally mine so in those cases you will know where the item came from.

A note about my used clothing items

USED clothing is just that, USED. The clothes have been washed by the previous owner, they have been worn and they are NOT going to look brand new unless stated. I am only human and do my very best to look over the item thoroughly, I will list any defects that may be present. By defects I mean a missing button, a tear, a stain. I absolutely HATE pilling, especially under the arms, if pilling/wash wear is present it will be mentioned. All zippers are checked and will be in functioning condition. The hems will be looked at as well. The clothing that you will receive may have a loose thread (not loose hem), threads can be easily cut. I will NOT under any circumstance accept a return for a loose thread or threads. Sometimes the seams are overstretched, sometimes a button may be a tad looose, the clothes may be wrinkled, there may be an underam deoderant mark, they may have a fragrance smell. If you need to know anything specific for any of my items please contact me BEFORE offerding.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within four days after the sale ends. If NO communication is made, will AUTOMATICALLY open an unpaid item case against you and I cannot stop this unless you contact me with other arrangements! I have had way too many non paying buyers and will be very strict with my payment terms. If payment is not made by day three I will send one friendly payment reminder. I am willing to work with you if more time is needed but I cannot do that if no communication is made. So please communicate with me if there is a delay with payment! Any problems/questions please contact me.

I only accept Paypal payments.

Combining Shipping

I love to combine shipping!! As long as I am aware that you are offerding on more items of mine I will combine sales up to a 7 day period! My combined shipping rate to the USA is usually the highest shipping plus 2.00 for each additional sale won. (When offerding on all jackets, jeans or heavy sweaters shipping will VARY). My combined shipping always excludes items that are being shipped using priority mail flat rate envelopes and priority mail padded flat rate envelopes. I will still combine these items but at a different varying rate that will be based upon your zipcode. In order to take advantage of my combined shipping rates you MUST wait for a combined invoice from me before paying. I will send an invoice to you promptly but will be unable to refund any shipping costs if you do not wait for that combined invoice.

Returns

I am starting a new return policy. Items may be returned to me within 30 days if you are not happy with your item. has implemented a brand new return program, please utitlize it as it is the quickest and most efficient way to handle returns. To start a return just go to your purchase history on your page and find the item that you would like to return and click the button that says return this item, after that just follow the prompts and I will be notified by that a return has been started. I mail your item out to you quickly so please be courteous and complete your return quickly as well. Measurements are provided so please refer to them before offerding, I take the time to put measurements in my listing so please take the time to read them. Checking measurements will cut down on the hassle of a return. I will accept a return as long as the item is in its original condition, if the item is new with tags, the tags must still be on the item when it gets returned to me. If the tags are not on the item a return will not be considered! Also, no shipping costs will EVER be refunded, this includes original shipping cost plus the shipping cost of mailing the item back to me. Once I get the return in its original condition, I will refund you for the original purchase price via paypal. No exceptions to this return policy!!

Shipping Information within the US

Your Item will be shipped within 1 business day (weekends and holidays are not business days) of Payment being received and/or cleared through paypal. No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays or holidays! I must wait until an ECHECK clears before shipping, this can take up to two weeks. I ship using USPS and will use first class mail, media mail (if appropriate), and priority mail. Transit times will vary based upon your location and the shipping method that you choose, most of the time it is between 2 -7 business days, I am on the East Coast. Delivery confirmation is included with every US order, your item can be tracked through and you will get an email from Paypal stating that your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

I welcome international orders. I participate in the Global shipping program, the package will be sent to the designated global shipping facility and then to you. International orders vary greatly in transit time based upon location and shipping method please allow at least 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive, sometimes it is longer. Import fees and any taxes are NOT included in shipping price and I am not responsible for these.
