You are offerding on an Imperial Russian or Soviet porcelain figurine. I don\'t know if this figurine could be from Germany or France, I don\'t know. There are no maker marks or hallmarks on the figurine. The figurine is a man sitting in a rocking chair holding a cat and smoking a pipe. In excellent collectors condition. Came from Russian Immigrant estate. 6 1/2 inches or 170mm
