OLD VINTAGE 1950s JAPAN WIND-UP TIN TOY MONKEY TRAVELER w SUITCASE SANKEI:

This is an original, vintage tin toy, made in Japan. It is not dated, but looks to have been made in the 1950\'s or the early 1960\'s. The tin litho monkey WORKS GREAT. It has 3 functions. When wound-up: 1.) he rolls forward. 2.) his LEFT arm, (which is holding a cane or walking stick) moves up & down and 3.) his red hat moved back & forth. All 3 functions still work great. Near the bottom / back, it is marked: \"JAPAN\" and the logo is a letter \"K\" inside a circular pattern. (If I have dome my homework correctly, I believe this is the \"SANKEI\" company trademark.) He measures approximately 4 & 1/2 inches tall. The overall condition is VERY GOOD. His original glasses and cane are still present, and as mentioned, he works nicely. The paint is original and is still pretty clean, with minor soiling. It displays great, with normal wear from light use. This item is guaranteed to be old & original or your money back.
