This vintage Zuni bolo tie has a small pueblo bird bolo inlaid with turquoise, jet, and shell. The bird measures 1 1/4 inches tall by 7/8 inch across. The black braided leather tie has 1 3/4 inch long silver tips. There is a very small depression in one of the pieces of black jet which looks like it may be original with the piece. For the Zuni, birds and bird\'s feathers represent prayer and they are often used in jewelry and pottery designs.
