OLD ANTIQUE VTG 1890\'s SPAN AM WAR US ARMY NAVY ENSIGN MILITARY MUSICIAN UNIFORM JACKET
This offering is for an original Spanish American War Era US Army Musicians Uniform Tuni. Inside breast pocket is a Union Label makers tag that\'s dated 1891 and there is an owners marking and tag that reads \"INSIGN THORSON\" and a hand written size in the neck reads 33. The tunic has all of the original brass lyre musician buttons in place, there are no backmarks. The size in the neck states 33, however, the full measurements are given below. The jacket is made a creamy off white wool with gold decorations and black piping and cording. The front features a double breasted design having a total of 18 buttons, all of the buttons are in place. The overall condition is as seen in our photo\'s both above and below. The uniform has only a couple some scattered mothing and a few tiny moth holes as well as some soiling and wear but there are no rips, tears or repairs. The inside of the tunic is fully lined and the lining is in undamaged condition. Other than as just noted the condition is very nice and the jacket displays beautifully. The actual current measurements of the jacket are as follows, taken with the garment laying flat:
